| Report: | Phew!!! This was a hot evening. Jenny, Maggie and Mira went down 0-3 to Alison, Anna and Sandra respectively and it was left to Alison to fly the flag for Beckenham and put in a sterling performance to beat Cathy 3-1. Both girls were playing really well and it was an excellent match to watch. Most of us then cooled off with our first drinks on the benches overlooking the cricket pitch before showering and eating. |
