| Report: | Oh where to start - but I guess it should be with the squash!! Sharon and Jo had a sparkling match which included fine rallies and was a pleasure for the speactators to watch. Emma was on good form in her match against Emily, however Mote are going to appeal to Emily's PE teacher not to spend the afternoon prior to a match doing shot put as it is not conducive to her best form!! My game with Moira was as enjoyable as ever however whatever I tried she just upped her game and so I gracefully accept defeat (until next time!) Mags and Carolyn had similar games yet Mags used a greater variety of shot and length to secure victory. The evening was finished off in fine form with much laughter (on reflection at my expense as I now recall) however watch out cos next time I'll be post-40 and looking to widen my experiences!!!! Thanks for a great evening and all of Mote wish Jo the most fantastic wedding day. |
