| Report: | The first string match saw Helen playing strongly and taking the ball early. Emily fought well and is rising well to the challenge of playing higher in the order. Sharon and Glenda's match was fast paced, hard hitting and played in tremendously good spirit. Once Claire and Janet had finished chatting and got down to business the game could have gone either way but most credit must go to Mags who rallied after going 2-0 down and via gritty determination won the match. However most fun, as usual, was had after the matches were over and Park Langley once again proved what great company they are. Thanks! PS - Don't you forget to email me Helen. |
