| Report: | A good match played in the right spirit and some great banter afterwards BP turned up en masse so always a pleasure to catch up with some older faces as well as the players. Blackheath by contrast, the clubhouse had a power outage so no food, the showers were iffy and our number two was asleep on the sofa at 8.30 totally unaware he was playing. Still I was impressed we got through almost 30 cans of beer after play!! Those younger teams out there, take note how its done.
Look forward to seeing the BP guys in the summer if they can convince Fraser down at BP that we shouldn't take the drop after our recent infusion of new players! |
