| Report: | The result of this match hung in the balance for most of the evening. We started with Nicola losing to Katrina 1-3 in a hard fought match with lots of running, but on the other court Katy beat Juli 3-1 to level the match. We then had Alison losing to Nicky 1-3 while Tracy powered her way to a 3-0 victory against Vicky, so Beckenham were leading by half a nose. Then Mira, coming back refreshed after a couple of weeks out with sniffs and snuffles, completed a successful evening for Beckenham with a 3-0 win over Muriel.
A very enjoyable contest played in good spirit. |
