| Report: | This was closer than it looks,first on supersub kevin didnt waist much time in turning big bob over, just aswell both had largers waiting on the bar.On court four thats the court nobody wants to play on captain andy was up against mr stimpson first game 9-0 ,mike was asleep,second third and fourth were very tight going to the wire.The fith was going to be hard both players getting tired of the mind games,but not to be andy ran away with it 9-0.
Next up superman dave against mo,this was a tough test for superman who has not looked himself lately ,dave had to dig deep but came through in the fith.Trevor was on fire on court 4 against stuart who could not do anything right in the first two games,but got going in the third only to fire up trevor in thr fourth.
Then last on but not least no4s little squashboy jonny v ash,look at the scores this was a marathon both players working hard for every point right to the last a win for jon and 5-0 langey.Good food and lots of beer, plenty banter and piss take,this is how tuesdays should be spent thanks for coming lads. |
