Paul v Barry: hard fought match; despite Paul's dubious match prep of a skinful the night before he rolled out comfortable in the 5th. Rich v Dom: filling in at short notice, and jaded, Richard ran Dom close but youthful fitness won through. Adam ,looking comfortable for a straight sets win v Jake, lost the 3rd and 4th (to a string of clever winners from Jake) only to regain composure and focus to donut the more experienced player in the 5th. Webbo v Nick: calm and composed (not) from the skipper: Nick repeatedly catching out his opponent with long drops and hard hitting vollies. JW just hanging on to claw himself to a 3-1 victory.
