| Report: | An enjoyable evening at Knole begin with the 4th strings making taking centre stage - Chris over powered Jaime with his hitting but had Chris have given an inch it was clear Jaime had the ability and technique to take a mile.
String 2 were Tristin and Steve and despite Steve complimenting the condition of KP's newly re-floored court, he couldnt quite cope with Tristins speed or low hard hitting.
Tom and Rich at 3 had an enjoyable game, Tom aided by Rich's ongoing knee issues which helped him back into the game. Rich to be commended for continuing despite carrying what appeared to be an agonising injury. Alas, i didn't see much of Karl and Jake's game, but although the score suggested a one sided affair Karl assures us it was hard work.
The game of the evening went to Tim and Vinay at string 1 - hard hitting, long rallies and deft touches blessed this game, with Tim eventually running out of puff - but a fantastic effort for his first run out since Oct18.
