1st up Dean, now playing at 3 above adam. Another gutsy performance going to 5 this time
dean clinching it 9-3 in the 5th.
Next Selina, back in at 5 won 3-0 9-7 10-8 9-5 in another gritty battle.
Now big boy Adam up from 5 last week but down from his usual 2 or 3 slot. won 3-2 in another
gutsy battle having been 2-0 up performed very well in the 5th winning 9-4.
Hany at 2 was under orders to eat properly during the day which he did and it showed in his
performence winning 3-0 9-2 10-8 10-8 and showboating all the way with some stunning
squash shots including an imaginary shot which sent his opponent forward then hany played a
length which looked better than it sounds. It had me cracking up.
Last up was brummie superstar Matt who coasted to 9-1 9-6 9-3 showing hany and Dean how
its done properly. He then took on hany in a quick 3-0 just to warm down.
20 points to 4 is a great result for Bexley
It was nice to see all 10 players sit down to eat a nice meal with very friendly banter. This was an enjoyable night and look forward to seeing them at our club to return their friendly gesture.
