Report: | The second away drubbing from Blackheath 1 for poor Bromley LTSC2 within two weeks, all entirely due to the cold courts. The weather is warmer down south in Bromley (they call it Bromley South) and the ball moves beyond the half court line without the need for herculean muscle power. No, sadly Bromley were thoroughly outplayed by a team that played accurate squash, Dave Mahon's slightly looser shots being ruthlessly exploited by Paul, unbeaten so far this season. Chris, who was literally on his knees with fatigue in the 4th game still managed impeccable lobs and nicks to sneak the match from a still lively Dave Porter. Will they do the same to us in the heat of the South, or will it be even colder in February? |
