| Report: | BCC were short of Tricky and Mat at 1 & 2 and unfortunately there were no replacements this week so big Andy had to play 1!! Brought in Phil from our 3rd team and for Chris this was only his second ever appearance in the Priory leagues.
Well done the first team, although a 3-2 loss, a good result against Biggin Hill.

I was marking another game but from what I did see Ross really didn't get into the game and John being very fit and a lot more experienced had a relatively comfortable 3-0 win.

Well pill really didn't need a marathon runner as an opponent and it certainly was, I marked it! The first was a hard fought game where Monty just got the edge to take it 10-8. The next went to Monty and the third was a real battle, Pill came back from 8-0 down to take the third 10-8 and without playing a winning shot! Monty got the bit between then and took the forth 9-1 and the match 3-1.

Didn't see this one but as the score suggests there was a bit twoing and froing but according to Phill Danny really didn't use his head! I thought you were supposed to use a racquet as well Dan but hey, Phill knows different!!

Well this was a tough and long match, Chris to be fair was lacking in match practice and singles play and this was the difference. Paul was on his game and very awkward to play, a consistent winner at 4 I would think. Very well played Chris, good result considering.
Big Andy V Dave @1
I thought I was in for a stuffing considering my form of late but a bit of training on Monday did the trick and I cruised the first two games to go 2-0 up. This is where it goes pear shaped! Dave changed his gave and I failed to respond to then be two all. Started to get my head around it in the fifth but not soon enough and so Dave took the match 3-2.
All in all the team lost 5-0 which know one likes but we scored a vital 7 points to remain top of the league by 4 points!!
