| Report: | This was the match to clearly decide the teams in 2nd and 3rd place, on equal points going into the evening, Dulwich had prevaild in the first half.
However, Bromley were able to field their more consistent team, so would it be decisive ?

At 3, Keith v Ian
A hard fought game, swinging back and forth, maybe Ian's missed forhand boasts cost him the match in the end, Bromley 2-0
At 2, Martin v Matt
These two met in the first half, Martin ran to a quick 2-0 with his much more consistent low kills and boasts. Matt fought back in the third but lost it narrowly. Bromley 3-0 and overturned the first half result.
At 1 Ian v Andy
Ian was a feeling a little under the weather, Andy came out fast and strong and never let Ian get into any rythmn. Some drops from Andy, a few mistakes by Ian and a quick win for Andy. 3-1 to Bromley
At 5, Tom v Jerry
No, not a cartoon but a well fought match, albeit Tom doesn't believe in long rallies. 2 quick games to Tom but then a 9/0 come back. A tight 4th game going to Tom so the overall match 4-1 to Bromley. |
