| Report: | With the Cobon Boys looking forward to an 'electrifying' start to the season a power cut dented both teams hopes of a winning start. 10 minutes after the Cobdown boys arrived the courts were plunged into darkness and this fixture could not go ahead.
Both teams agreed to wait until 8:30 to see if power was restored before calling it off.
Both teams also agreed that subject to PC approval the return fixture at Cobdown would serve as a 'double header'.
Wooley & Slim headed off back to try and grab a late court at Cobdown. FYB & Cagey couldn't resist the Pedigree and DJ reflected on his soft shoe shuffle which he practises when travelling to away matches! |
