| Report: | The last game of the season with Bromley CC needing a big win and also relying on results elsewhere to avoid relegation,started with Graham who is a very good No.1 against Phil who isn't. The result was a predictable 3/0 stroll for Graham. Not a good start for Bromley.
Mike and Dan put in very solid performances at 2 and 3, with Al backing them up with a good win full of imperious winners and comical errors (where I have heard that phrase before - oh yes every time Al plays).
Mark went off quickly building up a 7-0 lead in the first game, but was hauled back and finally beaten by the combined efforts of a very determined Rob and a very recently eaten liver dinner not to mention a very recently consumed pint of Stella.
So a win at last for Bromley (the first this half of the season) but far too little too late and with Bromley LTC gaining good points in their game it was all academic anyway.
Oh well - so relegation for Bromley, and there's talk of retirement in the air.We will see!!
