| Report: | This was definitely a match of two halves, Chris and Andy dominating their BLTSC opponents who, truth be known, were prepared to be the sacrificial lambs on this sweltering evening. Peter and Tim were tested by the Johns but I suspect that Tim had rather more in reserve than Peter. Match of the night was between Steve and Nick. Giving an Andy Murray performance (without the comic-book facial expressions) from two games down Nick raised his game in the 3rd and with his combination of court coverage and reach gave Steve fewer opportunities to drop the ball into the nick. This provided BLTSC with their first win of the season, hopefully not the last. |
