Report: | Parklangely's best looking and most lady-pleasing team welcome dear Mr Brackstone and hi mob to the courts down the road from PL at Old Dunstonians. After complementing the improvements the games kicked off. Gerald and Keely kicked off first, didn't see this due to marking but the match seemed to swing from one to another until Keely scraped over the line in 5th.
On the other court your scribe was happy with Trev's fairly serene progress in the first two, Andy changed his game and Trev preceeded to lose around 18 points in a row to leave him at 8-0 down in the 5th... He battled back to 7-8 until Andy took the match. 2-0 to BCC.. and my boss has just demanded a report from me so i'm curtailing this report.
Darren played well at 1 against Matt, keeping up his good form. Kev and Graham had a good battle with Kev just edging it. Tom appeared to have a little too much for Ferg who still managed to get a point...
See you next time |
