| Report: | Leon arrived with his extra strength side (not the Ken Cotton 'lets bring in a ringer and ruin the evening type'but good in depth). John and Paul kicked off, two years ago this would have been a cake-walk for John, but Paul has improved a lot, and in the end a great game with John having to work hard to get the result.The one's started, two totally opposite type of players who somehow compliment each other on court to always provide a cracker.
Terry and Christo, two players who do not give an inch on the court and so the battle commenced. Always plenty of decisions and argy bargy with Christo eventually winning the war. Great game to mark.
Never saw any of Peter and Daves game, but nice to see our Peter getting back to a good result.
Last game of the evening was between the two cousins Mo and Hanni. Played in absolute fairness with not one let asked for! Mo ran out a fairly comfortable winner, but a great game which at times was like watching an exhibition match.Good evening - great company.
