| Report: | BCC needed a win tonight with the division quite close and after average performances to date.....
F C v Olly
This didn't bode well as FC was not well with his lungs and the onset of flue! It started out well with rich taking the first and second with two match points in the third but failed to take that and the next so going into the fifth it looked as though FC was dying but he rallied in both senses of the word and won 3-2 in the end. great performance.
Chopper v Peter
Chopper was out to get revenge but complaining of constipation so from the off it didn't look good. Chopper took the first but lost the second so a quick dash to the gents sorted it out and went on to win 3-1 overall.
Tom v Billy
This was the first time has played twice in a week for years so was sharp as a razor.....3-0 very quickly, when Tom's on it he takes a lot of stopping, Justin might have given a better game had Kevin been available at 1.
Big Andy v Richard
Andy's form has been changable at best of late so he didn't need some young and fit!! Big Andy took the first 9-7 and then went to sleep and lost the second 1-9. Big Andy got his head together and took the third but was running out of energy at this point, went out for the forth keen to nail it but Rich had other ideas and clawed Big Andy's lead back to 8-8, Richard called 1 and lost the serve, he-he Big Andy thought but rich dug in and with a few more hand outs Rich took it. Big Andy had no more long rallies left or so he thought so good line and legnth for a change won him the game 3-2.
A good evening all round and nice to hear Matt's squash tourets is clearing up!!.
