Report: | Tom v Matt
Tom refreshed after a weeks holiday was taking no prisoners and didn't let Matt into the game and took a comfortable win 3-0.
John V Dave
John always looked the underdog in this one and went down in the first two 0 & 4. John somehow got it together, although with not much style it has to be said, and took the next three with the forth being the clincher John taking that 10-8. 3-2 to John.
F C v Ian
Well the first was a hack-athon where both expended far more energy than was needed which Rich took 10-8. Rich settled down a little and took the next 9-4 to be 2-0 up. Ian came out in the 3rd more determined and took that 10-8, after that it was who could maintain thier composure and make the least mistakes; that was Rich.
Stewart v Matt
They had a marathon 3-2 last time and Stew was out for revenge but it wasn't to be, frustration was Stewarts downfall as Matt got everything again and again and Stew just lacked the confidence to put the ball away so ran out of steam. 3-1 to Matt
Chopper v Duncan
With some good results Duncan looked confident and took the first 9-4. This is the first time we've been able to get a strong line up out this season and so Grahams experience of playing higher up the table showed through and he took the match 3-1.
