| Report: | Third defeat for Claire in a row - things are looking bleak but can only get better. Vanessa was definitely on form tonight with a closely fought match against Julia, but with all games going to Vanessa. Helen had a close encounter with Nicola, who read and picked up most of Helen's good drops in the first couple of games, but once Helen had sussed that there is another part of the court she can use past the halfway line, the last two games were efficiently executed. Thought Jess was going to get her first win tonight as she started off really well, but couldn't quite last the pace. Sandie however scored her first win. A sweet victory as she also plays at Bexley. |
