| Report: | On paper it looked like a comfortable victory for Bexley with a depleted BLT team turning up for our 2nd match of the season.
Things never quite work out like you think.
Ben vs Ted, didn’t see the match but it appears Ted was good for a game then ran out of steam.
Josh vs Paul, turned out to be the decider, Josh was too strong, although Paul was moving very well and battled to the end.
Mark vs Ket, longest match of the night, no surprise really with both players struggling for winners, Mark wasted leads of 7-1 (2nd) and 8-3 (5th) before Ket finally took it 3-2 after 80mins.
Christian vs Gordon, Gordon started well and took the first two games with Christian looking sluggish, after a change of plan (slowing the game down) it all changed in the final three with Christian only dropping 4 points.
Brad vs Martin, Didn’t see much of this but after the first, Martin used his experience and Brad went into free fall.
A good win for Bexley which could easily have been a loss.
Mr Domino supplied the food which went down well with players and supporters alike.
