Away Report: | Some great matches in this fixture, a shame Tom wasn't firing on all cylinders to give Guy a good run.
Chris v Paul, what a match, Chris got off to a great start taking the first two easily but having a hard day at the office didn't do much for his stamina and as we know Paul is as fit as you like and so edged it in the fifth with both guys struggling to lift a racket.
Rich v Lee
Rich was well on form with lee running out of steam, you'd think it would be Rich running out of steam given he's not, how should I say it, not that slim!
Andy was a little too strong for Alistair however Alistair has improved since the last meeting and is doing so all the time, much harder the next time i think!
With the match even last on was Neil & Stew. seeing the first game Neil seemed to be hitting the ball crisp and accurate with Stew seeming a bit off colour. Stew got his mojo back in the second and took the match to 2-2 with all on the fifth which was a tight as you get with Stew ahead by 1 point. However sometimes a decision albeit correct can unsettle your flow, a couple of balls and suddenly you've lost the match and so it was for Stew.
Great fixture.
