| Report: | At 1 Craig Set off at a good pace and Ian was struggling to get the control he wanted for the first 2 games however he came back well to take the last 3. At 2 Keith played a controlled game taking the last 2 8-10, 8-10. Martin continued his 27-0 run against Andy Blackman with another 9-0 but dropped points in the 2nd game before returning to a 9-0 final game. John outplayed Tubby Tel in the 1st by some well judged service returns and some neat half volley drop shots but then Tubby got into motion to take two tight games before a comfortable 4th. Pat had a slow start and Chris nearly took the 1st but Pat managed to catch him up and overtake him before taking the last two comfortably. |
