The Knole Park rocket continued its ascent with an impressive 17-7,4-1 win to knock the stuffing out of Tubby Tel and his Bromley L.T.C. boys.
Winter division 2 league winners, Park Langley, set the pace for the summer after beating Sundridge Park 18-4,4-1.
Poult Wood's 18-7,4-1 victory over Acacia Hall showed that they are likely to be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.
Bexley began their title defence in steady fashion, coming through to defeat Cannons 16-6,3-2.
