Div.5 - OLD ELTHAMIANS' NEW START

After an uninspiring debut winter season (just 3 wins), Old Elthamians found themselves sitting at the top of this summer's division 5, having beaten Dulwich 19-7,4-1.
David Lloyd, relegated last summer with just 1 win, equalled that tally already in their first game. The 14-7,3-2 success against Sydenham may give them some much needed confidence.
Newcomers Fredericks also made a good start. They came through 14-9,3-2 victors at Bromley C.C.
Cobdown returned to the league after 2 years and duly defeated Blackheath 17-8,4-1.
