Old Dunstonians achieved only their second win of a troubled season. They beat Bexley 17-9,3-2, but are 27 points away from safety.
Although bottom side Tunbridge Wells lost 20-8,5-0 to top side Fredericks, four of the games went to five.
Dartford had given Fitness Exchange a walk-over on the first day of the campaign, but when the two teams finally did meet, Dartford took the honours 19-8,4-1.
Beckenham opened up a bigger gap between second and third with an 18-9,3-2 victory over Cascades.
