John Creek took his Knole Park team to Bexley and came away with a 17-8,4-1 win over the leaders.
Park Langley virtually secured the runners-up spot by beating Poult Wood 20-5,5-0.
Despite their 15-8,3-2 success at Sundridge Park, Bromley L.T.C. will almost certainly miss out on promotion.
Cannons' hopes of avoiding the drop were boosted by Acacia Hall giving them a walk-over.
