Biggin Hill beat Bromley C.C.'s 4 players 17-4,4-1, to win their third title in a row.
Park Langley moved up to second with a 17-6,4-1 victory at already relegated Dulwich.
Amida, also facing division 2 squash next summer, restored some pride with an 18-7,4-1 success over Bexley.
Despite the reminder, Cascades fell foul of rule 2b which gave Cannons a 20-0 "win".
