After a dramatic end to the season last winter that saw Bexley IV gain promotion, they subsequently opted to remain in division 4. But their 16-6,3-2 win over Old Elthamians, saw them already sitting at the top with three games played.
New side Tunbridge Wells S.R.C. III beat near neighbours Tunbridge Wells Sports 15-8,3-2.
Bottom side Blackheath look to be struggling after a third successive defeat. This time they lost 15-8,3-2 at Bromley C.C.
Bromley Pavilion moved into the top three with a 17-4,4-1 victory over Sundridge Park.
Bromley L.T.C.'s 19-7,4-1 success at Wildernesse pulled them clear of any immediate relegation worries.
