CUP PREVIEW PICKS OF THE WEEK
26 Nov 2006

IVOR HOWELL CAMERAS CUP :- AMIDA v BROMLEY C.C. I Bromley C.C. are intent on continuing their recent good form in the League by progressing to the quarter finals of the Cup at the expense of Amida. However, the home side have a strong enough squad to select five players who would be quite capable of upsetting their division one opponents. P.C. Verdict - BROMLEY C.C. I - 3-2. FREDERICKS v CANNONS I Cannons, proudly sitting second in division one, cannot afford to take this Cup fixture lightly. Fredericks are the current "B" Cup holders and will be keen to perform a "giant-killing". P.C. Verdict - CANNONS I - 3-2. "B" CUP :- DULWICH III v DULWICH II "Home side", Dulwich III, will be hoping missing captain, Simon Wilson, can be delivered some good news after they knock the second team out of the Cup. The "visitors" should have enough experience to come through unscathed and bring the "Christmas party-goer" back down to earth. P.C. Verdict - Dulwich II - 3-2 COBDOWN v CANNONS II Robert Smith takes his Cannons team to Cobdown and, despite being favourites to win the tie, he knows they are on a hiding to nothing. Cobdown, on their day, can be a match for most sides in the Priory League. P.C. Verdict - CANNONS II - 3-2.
