Bottom side Old Elthamians gained a very welcome 16-9,3-2 win at fellow strugglers Sundridge Park.
Bromley C.C. beat Bexley 19-7,4-1 to move out of the relegation places.
Tunbridge Wells Sports increased their lead at the top thanks to Blackheath giving them a walk-over.
Bromley Pavilion stay second after defeating Bromley L.T.C. 14-8,3-2.
Tunbridge Wells S.R.C. overcame Wildernesse 15-9,3-2. Unfortunately for the visitors, captain (Bob) Scott suffered an injury during the night's deciding match and had to retire.
