Div.1-MINIBUS DRIVER STEERS BEX HOME
14 Dec 2006

Bexley's Rob Lewis a.k.a. "The Minibus Driver" beat the disconsolate Jon Miles of Park Langley II 9-5 in the fifth game in what turned out to be the decisive match of the night. The home side eventually won 18-8,3-2. Biggin Hill's 20-2,5-0 victory at Bromley C.C. sees them sitting at the top 25 points clear of second place. Cannons stay third despite losing 20-5,5-0, with only four players, at Tunbridge Wells S.R.C. Bromley L.T.C., also a man short, went down 20-2,5-0 at Dulwich. Park Langley defeated Cascades 16-9,3-2 to leave the visitors in relegation trouble.
