Div.1-MILES ALL SMILES
18 Jan 2007

PARK LANGLEY I 11 PARK LANGLEY II 16 (2-3) After blaming his personal defeat leading to Park Langley II's loss just before Christmas at Bexley, the then disconsolate Jon Miles can now proudly look at his win this week and consider it to be the probable match winner against Park Langley's supposed first team. BIGGIN HILL I 18 CASCADES I 3 (4-1) There seems to be no stopping the League's top side as they stretched the gap to 32 points. BEXLEY I 16 BROMLEY C.C. I 8 (3-2) Bexley missed out on the chance to put any pressure on the leaders. Their number 5's victory counted for nothing as, unbeknown to captain Matt (Slack)Badger, he had already played for a different Club this season. DULWICH I 18 CANNONS I 5 (4-1) Three defeats in a row have ended any hopes Cannons had of a possible title win. BROMLEY L.T.C. I 19 TUNBRIDGE WELLS S.R.C. I 7 (4-1) Bromley L.T.C's. first success of the campaign was achieved under unfortunate circumstances. Although the match score was 3-2 to Tunbridge Wells S.R.C., they had made two playing order switches resulting in their number 4 and 5's games being awarded to Bromley L.T.C.
