A.G.M. 2007 - RULE CHANGES AND NEW RULES

This year's A.G.M. was held on Wednesday May 9, 8 p.m. at The Metropolitan Sports Club, The Warren, Croydon Road, Hayes, Kent.
All clubs were expected to send at least one representative.
Represented :-
Beckenham, Bexley, Biggin Hill, Blackheath, Bromley L.T.C., Fitness First, Fredericks, Knole Park, Old Elthamians, Park Langley, Sydenham, Tunbridge Wells Sports, Waterfront.
Apologies :-
Amida, David Lloyd, Dulwich, Wildernesse.
Absent :-
Acacia Hall, Bromley C.C., Bromley Pavilion, Cannons, Cascades, Cobdown, Dartford, Old Wilsonians, Poult Wood, Sundridge Park, Tunbridge Wells S.R.C.
The new rules and rule changes, with correct wording and numbering will be sent out before Tuesday.
For the benefit of those clubs not in attendance at the A.G.M., here is a round-up of the immediate relevant amendments.
Rule 1 :
Teams shall consist of five members from each club. No member may play for more than one club in any season. No member may play for more than one team on the same night.
New rule 3b :
All matches within a tie MUST be played at the same venue within the correct start and finish times.
Rule 13c :
Players MUST play in strict nominated order. Any team playing a player out of order, or a non-nominated player will result in that player's match and any played in lower matches being void and awarded to the opposition as appropriate.
Delete rule 13d.
Rule 13e becomes rule 13d.
Additional rules (numbering to be confirmed) :
1/ A payment of £160 per month will be paid to the results secretary to enable him/her to manage and develop the North-west Kent Priory Squash League Website.
2/ Entry fees will be £50 per team for the summer season and £55 per team for the winter season.
