PICKS OF THE WEEK
05 Jun 2007

Division 1 CASCADES v BROMLEY C.C. I Cascades go into this fixture hovering just above the relegation places. Bromley C.C. know that nothing less than a win will do if they are to make a serious title challenge. Division 2 BEXLEY II v SUNDRIDGE PARK I Third meets second in what is already being billed as a top-of-the-table clash. Bexley need a victory to move them into the promotion places. A win for Sundridge Park would keep them in a healthy position. Division 3 ACACIA HALL v OLD WILSONIANS Despite two wins in the first three games, Acacia Hall find themselves third from bottom. They'll be hoping to defeat an Old Wilsonians side who look likely to be in for a season of battling against relegation. Division 4 BEXLEY III v WILDERNESSE (Playing Wednesday) Bexley's fine result last week allayed any immediate relegation fears. Wildernesse are currently propping up the division, but last winter they were in a similar position and ended up gaining promotion. Division 5 SYDENHAM v CANNONS II Both these sides tend to win the matches they should, but lose the more difficult ones albeit closely. Sydenham have their relatively small squad of players to call upon, whereas Cannons might benefit from a wider selection.
