Bromley Cricket Club, desperate for points at the wrong end of the table, provided the shock of the night by beating high-flying Knole Park, 15-10,3-2.
Acacia Hall moved to within 7 points of top spot with a 19-7,4-1 win at Waterfront.
Poult Wood put more pressure on Blackheath, as the hosts ran out 18-6,4-1 winners.
Dartford pulled further away from trouble after edging out Fredericks, 14-9,3-2.
Beckenham's promotion aspirations were dashed by an 18-10,4-1 defeat, at Bexley. Although unbeaten at home this season, Beckenham have only managed two successes on their travels.
