Div.4-WATERFRONT BACK IN THE HUNT
19 Jan 2008

WATERFRONT I 20 Old Elthamians II 4 (5-0) Maximum points for Waterfront has put them right back into contention for promotion. Even with seven games to go, Old Elthamians probably can't wait for the campaign to end. DULWICH III 17 Cobdown 4 (4-1) Cobdown were obviously not relishing a long Thursday night trip to Dulwich. Apart from Alan Briscoe, who maintained his 100% record, the leaders faced little resistance from the visitors in their quest for the title. BIGGIN HILL II 18 Wildenesse 5 (4-1) Biggin Hill brushed aside Wildernesse to remain second. A mid table end of season placing now looks likely for Wildernesse. Bromley L.T.C. II 8 TUNBRIDGE WELLS S.R.C. III 15 (2-3) Tunbridge Wells S.R.C. did their hopes of avoiding relegation a power of good with this win. Bromley L.T.C's loss was not what the doctor ordered. BEXLEY IV 16 Sundridge Park II 9 (3-2) The battle of the two sides hovering just above the drop zone went the way of Bexley. The result brought Sundridge Park back down to earth after last week's impressive performance against the top team.
