| Report: | We almost took the match with only 4 players. Jack and Andy at 1 had a monumental game. It was very competitive with some excellent squash from both players. Jack showed signs of getting back to his best and managed to nick the 5th, after a favouable call by the marker.
Ed had a relatively straightforward win over Mr Edwards at 2. Graham made a fight of it in the 3rd but Ed kept his cool and finished with ease.
I went from hero last week, being our only winner, to goat this week losing too easily to Phil at 3. I never got into it.
Steve and Danny at 4 produced a lively affair which kept the watching few enthralled til the end. Steve just missed out after coming back from 2-1 down.
Nice food with a very substantial Black Forest Gateaux for pud. Good hosts.
