Report: | Park Langley needed a win to put the pressure on Dartford.
So first on Kev vs Bob
Kev started off well going 2-0 up and then Bob came back to take the game 3-2, which makes Bob still unbeaten this season.
Unlucky Kev
On court 2 Ed vs Steve
Ed playing up the order at four this week beat Steve quite easily, Well played Ed
So its 1-1 and next on Mike vs Marc
Mike playing up the order at 3, winning easily 3-0, well played Mike.
So were 2-1 Gerrald vs Andy
Gerrald started off fast as usual and going 2-0 up and then Andy pulling one back, put Gerrald pulling back like usual to take the game 3-1, Well played Gerrald
And last on Paul vs Paul
Well the most interesting game of the night, going on quite a while. Paul Kay started off well by going 2-0 up but Paul came back making it level 2-2 at this point Kev went down to Paul for a team talk, but Paul Weymont was just too good in the last to take the game 3-2, unlucky Paul.
So Park Langley did what they needed to do, now only 3 points behind the leaders Dartford and were now ready for the rivalry game next week against Cannons, and thanks for a nice evening. |
