| Report: | When the teams tore themselves away from watching Toby and Steve slugging it out in the dizzy heights of Div 1 on another court Terry immediately struggled against the youth and skills of M? (PL don't do first names) while Tom, fresh down from university squash overpowered J. Nick (more youth and better shot selection) took care of Les while Kevin and Tom Goodmer had a cliffhanger that finished with a nicked frame shot and levelled the match. Tim looked as if he would have the better of Chris but with advice from team boss KC (who he?) he stepped up the depth of shot and hit for the corners leaving Tim to retrieve with some difficulty. Another 3-2 for PL, this time to win. |
