| Report: | This week we were ready to see what team would be playing for the old Acacia Hall team...
First on Kev vs Adam
After Kev's difficult start of the season, he had another tough game tonight, up against a fit Adam Young who won quite easily.
Next- Gerrald vs Bob
Gerrald needed to beat Bob after he lucky 3-2 win before. Gerrald got off to a lucky start winning the first 10-8, then taking the second and third as well to beat Bob 3-0. A great win from Gerrald, but a very close game!
Next on- Mike vs Andy
The unbeaten Mike was on his favorite court 4 and was up for this game. Mike came out firing and once he starts he dosen't stop, a good 3-0 win!
Back on 3- Trevor vs Marc
Trev came out his usual firing self, starting off very quick. Winning the game quite easily 3-0, Marc didnt seem to be up for this one. Good win from Trev!
Last game of the evening PL looking for a good 4-1 win...
Ed vs Johnson
Captain Ed went off to a slow start leaving Johnson to take the first 10-8. Ed then came bk to level it at 1-1 and then Ed seemed to liven up and took the game 3-1, 10-8 in the last 2. A very tight game, good game by both.
Unlucky Old Elthamians, PL did what they needed to do... but now were looking forward to next week looks to be our biggest game of the season... Kev, it might be your week next week...!
