| Report: | An excellent spectacle that ended in the wee hours with Park Langley squeezing victory by taking the top rubber. I am too tired to write a sensible report so will quit whilst ahead, which is probably how Trevor Young felt when he was 2-1 and matchball up only to go down 3-2 in an epic repeat of the over 40's final three years ago at another club. Nic Winning repeated the formula but we could not find that elusive third rubber. Well played everyone and especially Mike for turning up at the last minute. |
