Right, thats the squash bit out of the way.
Now we get down to the serious matter of the night, namely the three bottles of Lucozade that were unpaid for!!!. Who or whom was responsible for this dastardly act of taking the aforementioned drinks before the tab opened.
So it started,at first just accusing looks, then the verbals. Our Carlos took umbridge and insisted on an identity parade.People stood around with bottles of Lucozade but no formal definate identification was made.
The situation was now in a state of limbo,nervous twitches,squinty eyes, uncomfortable silences, the tension was building!
What to do? the pressure cooker was just about to give when Darren mentioned our Terry had gone home early so lets blame it on him - job done.
A round of Lucozades was promptly ordered and a cordial atmosphere once more ensued. |
