| Report: | Great tussle between Gary Mitchell and Tom Archer at 3. Gary just managed to avenge his loss in the first half, even though he again went well behind - this time 0-2 and 7-8 in the fourth.
The injury/MIA list was more interesting. Chris Davies skiing for Blackheath. Mark Fleming 'tweaked Achilles'; PJ dropped for violent conduct (sulked off to watch Bexley 2s!); Chris Sayer back from skiing with only shoulder and groin injuries. Will need nursing through the rest of the season.
Great pizzas and Caesar salad afterwards; good beer too, although with 9 pts on my licence I did not sample too much. Looked like a nice Shiraz in quarter bottles - for next time. Shame you can't input to the website, Blackheath, or we might have come with our drinking boots. |
