| Report: | This week i thought i'd do a proper report so i was watching the games with an inspectful eye. Up first was Nick and Peter and Steve and John whose games were close but ended in 3-0 loses to both Dartford players and i was beginning to sense a drubbing on the cards....
Some time ago i took a picture of Bruce on my phone and titled it 100% after his win that night and said to him that i'd change his win percentage after every game - 3 months later and he's still at 100% - can anyone beat him at 4? I then took to the court with the prospect of facing matt partridge. A bit daunting but the thought of me knowing that i am now doing the match reports must have spurred me on. After some tight games matt gave it to me in the fifth! Last but by no means least was Captain Stu who brought himself out of retirement as we were short of players. Although lacking some match fitness (even though he's still faster than me) Stu's shot ability hasn't faltered and he clinched victory which subsequently won the match for us.
Next up is Acacia hall and i'm guessing it will be a fiery encounter - if we get beat 5-0 like last time i may not post a report!!
