| Report: | A good hard fort battle, Old Elthamians backed up there win from the first half with another victory, Paul and Jerry playing to 5 with Gerry scrapping tha last, Chris and Andy fought hard in the first but Chris came through with good concentration to won in 3, Simo smashed straight through in 3 which erased last weeks first defeat for 30 years! Streett and Ash played the game of the night, very close and very tight until Streett retired injured whilst leading in the fifth, fingers crossed for a quick recovery, then there was my game, I use the word game loosely, Darren played outstanding and rattled through me in 3, I was striking the hot bouncy ball well but on this performance, Darren was simply another level, it's not often Im happy losing but admaration for Darren, a fit Darren is by far the best player in this league, and league 2!!!
