| Report: | With Mike making sure Christmas arrived and Trevor watching Chelsea (and now dropped ala Lampard) Gina was drafted in to help out. Dulwich arrived a player short and all looked good for a decent match. And so it turned out.
Gina went on against Joel. Both players traded good ralleys early on, each at times in the lead and then falling behind. Joel won an excellent 3rd but Gina pushed on to take the final 2 games with some clever serving to record an excellent win against a strong opponent.
Following this i glanced at Gerald's game to see him 7-1 up in the 4th having won the 3rd 9-1. Good job Gerald i thought and went to get changed, although Neil had other ideas. Recovering well to take the 4th and then staying in control of the 5th to set the night up 1-1.
Kevin went on (while next door Mark looked to have got his @rse handed to him by Mark G, a great effort :) !) and won the first two with Nick making a number of errors. The 3rd and 4th were reversed however setting the game up 2-2. Kevin improved his long game and managed to take the match to 2-2.
Andy spent the first two games moaning about the courts although upped his performance massively in the final 3 games to win against a clever Razi to take the match 3-2 in a very close and enjoyable encounter.
Dulwich managed to win more games over the evening but ended up on the wrong end of the result.
Good chat followed in the bar afterwards and the return looks to be one to look forward to.
