| Report: | A match that looked heavily in favour of the Bronley LTC_David Lloyd team ultimately came down to the number 3-5 rubbers, which could have gone either way. Simon at 5th string had eight match balls but failed to convert any of them. Pip at 3rd string was a tin away from a match ball and Mark at 4th string took his match.
The number 1 and 2 matches were never going to be seriously in doubt. Ted and Rob both having played division 1 squash won their respective matches. Ted played his usual brand of entertaining squash against Paddy and Rob was too fit and fast for Andy Dawes.
Good to meet up with old friends and an enjoyable evening of sqaush, ale and grub. |
