| Report: | First on: Ron and Andy. Andy started very strongly going 5-0 in the first game, but Ron started to move and inject some pace and Andy tired. 3-0 to Ron
Paul and Ryan: It's good to see another Grant at a young age ( those of us who remember Adrian ! ) starting to play Priory. And similarly, he will have to get used to tricky old buggers, his day will come !
Rob and Richard: Rob is playing well and too fit for Richard who tried for 2 games and ran out of puff in the third.
Ted v Tom: Ted seemed to be on a mission, more focused, total concentration, huge ( usual ) array of shots, just too much for Tom. Who, despite the scoreline, played well and will win most of his matches playing like this.And played in a friendly fashion bt both.
Last up, Nick and Graeme: At last, a proper div 3 match !. huge effort by both players, great retrieving, some good quality play, the odd loose or mishit ball, and the longest of the night, a credit to both players.
A good night for Bromley LT but a friendly match ( I thought ). |
