| Report: | We welcomed the mighty dulwich to the od courts on a warm and sunny Tuesday- not . First up Kevin v paddy first game very close with Kevin having a 6-1 lead but paddy a class act was having none of that and ground out the first 7/9 .then on in paddy stretched his legs and strolled to victory.
Next young Gina who is getting better every week a great 5 setter with Duncan even tho he was wearing paddys shoes , Gina taking the final game to level the match.
The no5 saw raz1 storm to a two game lead before captain blackman had words with pete from then on the scores show that pete just demolished his man for only two more points - wow them drugs certainly worked .
number 3 ab v steve well less said about that the better.
Final game superman Dave v ben. Dave has had a lot of turkey over the Xmas and beer with plenty of pudding - sorry that's the write up for Dave in jan 2013. Start again Dave looked fast and trim against super fit ben . A great start by Dave with some fantastic hits to take the first and nearly had the second . At 2-2 I was on the court next door when Dave injured his ankle again with loud out cries of pain the big man was down and out. Could have been a win but we will never know well played dulwich . |
